Open for five years now, UfuCoffee is one of the trendiest spots in Wexford Town to grab a bite to eat. After starting with a modest team of 5, the business quickly grew to a team of 22 employees working in a location spread out over 2 floors and a fresh outdoor space
Min Ryan Park
In 2021, we expanded even further with our upscale Coffee Dock located in Min Ryan Park. It’s the UFUCoffee experience while relaxing in the state-of-the-art park. Cappuccinos, iced coffees, and lattes are just some of the beverages made to order by our baristas using Irish hand-roasted artisan coffee. Lunch comprises of toasties, fresh salads, ciabattas, and daily specials. If you’re looking for sweet indulgent treats, our dessert cabinet is teeming with luscious cakes, cheesecakes, pastries.
